Das hier vorliegende Katana ist der Ko-Mihara-School zugeordnet und bekam in der 44.Sitzung ein Juyo-Token zugesprochen. Es handelt sich um ein besonders schönes, sehr gut erhaltenes Schwert mit einer schönen, schlichten Montierung und schwarzem Lacksaya.
Die Mihara-School wurde zum Ende der Kamakura-Era in der Provinz Bingo gegründet und reichte bis in die späte Muromachi Periode. Die der Kamakurazeit zugeordneten Klingen werden Ko-Mihara-School genannt, wie die hier besprochene Klinge. 
Dies Katana hat alle typischen Charakteristika der Schule, wie es leicht auf den Photos zu erkennen ist und ist in perfektem Zustand mit einer sehr guten Politur.
